While some of these vehicles run, unless otherwise specified expect them to have mechanical issues that prevent them from passing a Virginia safety inspection and in many cases are not safe enough to drive to a safety inspection station. For this reason, ALL vehicle listings are considered inoperable or “INOP” vehicles and are sold strictly as-is where is.
All auction sales include a 10% buyer’s premium.
All sales are final.
Do not bid unless you intend to buy. That buyer’s premium is automatically charged at auction close and is non-refundable!

Specific conditions for this sale:
PREVIEW – For this sale is Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from 10 – 4
TERMS – All sales are final with no exchanges or returns.
PAYMENT – The 10% buyer’s premium is charged automatically by uglycars.com to the payment form on file at the end of the auction. The remaining bid amount payment is due by the first Business Day following the close of the auction.
PICKUP – Buyers must make their own arrangements for towing. Local towing is available for an additional fee by outside contractors. Working on, or operating vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited.
DATE -The item must be removed within 2 business days following the close of the auction.
All vehicles left on site after two business days following the sale close will incur storage charges of $45 per day, per vehicle. Vehicles left for more than 7 days will be towed from the property at the owner’s expense.
