1969 Jeep deuce and a half, M35 2.5 ton 6×6 military truck

This old soldier needs your help. "ran when parked" and from the looks of this one that may have been quite some time ago. Despite the overall appearance of this truck it all looks to be there and we have seen far worse come back to life fairly easily. Turbo diesel engine, 5-speed manual transmission, and 6-wheel drive. All tires are holding air, truck rolls freely. YES, we have a clear VA title for this truck!

UPDATE: checked fluids and tried a couple of hot batteries, cranks over strong and even but no start, hard plastic fuel lines at pump and injectors have failed. Leaks everywhere. No start.
