2007 Nissan Xterra S 4WD with 176k Engine runs well (but leaks oil) and it does move on our lot but the Automatic Transmission needs to be replaced. Interior and Exterior are in decent shape, it does have Cold AC, it could use new shocks for the rear lift gate, it needs a passenger side mirror assembly. Failed Inspection for Steering, Suspension, Windshield, and Windshield Wipers (For a full list see last photo).
